Hi, I’m Hannah Anderson and I’m so glad you’re here!

I was born and raised just an hour from here in Wilkes County, and I’ve proudly called Troutman home for the past 7 years. I’m an Appalachian State alum (Roll 'Neers!) with a deep love for this area and the sense of community it offers.

Buying or selling a home is a big deal, and I consider it an honor to walk that journey with my clients—whether it’s helping a young family find their forever home or supporting someone through a major life transition.

When I’m not working, you can find me at home with my husband and our three dogs. I love spending weekends walking around Lake Norman, checking out local farmers markets, or hosting friends for a backyard BBQ. I’m also passionate about crafting and home DIY projects—whether it’s refinishing furniture, fun craft projects, or adding little touches that turn a house into a home. I’m always looking for ways to blend creativity with comfort. I also love giving back and hope to organize more neighborhood events and volunteer opportunities in the future.

If you’re thinking about buying, selling, or just have questions about the local market, I’d love to connect. Let’s grab a coffee and talk about what’s next for you!
